Total Women’s Defence (In conjunction with Total Body Defence) is run by a Team of qualified Instructors with over 40 years collective experience in providing Self Defence seminars and classes to women, men and children. Our aim is to provide the very best in practical self-defence/protection programmes to women, irrespective of race, age and ability, in a safe and relaxed environment . We are affiliated to the British National Martial Arts Association (B.N.M.A.A) and all instructors have full Professional Indeminty Insurance, together with Public Liability Insurance for £5Million. We can also provide written CV's upon request.
